Jeff Schapiro has been our lead pastor since 2017, but he has been a part of the church since our very first service. He is passionate about bringing glory to God by sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with others and by helping them to walk in obedience to God. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Angie, and together they have a son, Micah.

Discipleship Pastor
Rick Rhodes was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. I have been married to my wife, Debbie, for 36 years. We have four children and four grandchildren. Rick has attended Movement Church since 2011 and got ordained in 2014. I have been honored to serve our church family as a pastor. He is currently serving as the Discipleship Pastor. He also loves riding motorcycles and serving as Chaplain for the Righteous Riders, the Summit County Chapter of the Christian Motorcyclists Association.
Bill Lee
Hospitality Pastor
Bill Lee started coming to Movement Church in 2012 and became a Pastor in 2014. He loves serving at Movement church and Loves the relationship he has built through the years. Hi Greatest memory was the day he was blessed to Baptize his son Ryan.

Ashlynn Watson
Kidzone Director
Ashlynn English has been our KidZone Director since 2017, but she has been part of Movement Church since our very first service. She has been married to her husband, Connor for a year and is in graduate school to become a speech-language pathologist. Ashlynn is passionate about introducing kids to Jesus and helping them build relationships with Him.
Joshua Ison
Worship and Creative Director
Josh Ison is our Creative Director. His team’s goal is to share the goodness of God through worship, creative design, and our Sunday morning worship experiences. You can usually find Josh leading worship alongside his wife, Becca, and running to KidZone to pick up his two boys, Grayson and Lennox.

Media Team Leader
Freddy Owen loves bringing the online live element of our Sunday service to life. God He has been attending Movement Church since 2011. He has a son named Chase.
Tony Venditto
Cafe Team Leader
Tony Venditto has been our cafe director since 2010. He loves talking & praying with people at the cafe along with the cafe team. Although now retired, he was a buyer-division turf grass manager. He has been married to his wife, Tammy, going on 36 years. He has two children, Gino and Angie along with two grandchildren, Kayleena and Micah. He feels so blessed to call Movement Church his home.
Josh Watson
Security and Media Production Director
Josh Watson has been part of Movement Church since the very first service and currently serves as our Security and Media Production Director. Josh has been married to his wife Marsha for 27 years and is a dad of 4. Josh's favorite thing about serving at Movement Church is the people and the way we genuinely care about one another.

Marsha Watson has been part of Movement Church since the very beginning. She is Assistant to the Lead Pastor. She has been married to her husband Josh for 27 years and has 4 children and 1 granddaughter. Marsha loves spending time with her family. She also loves serving in the Cafe. Make sure to stop and see her at the cafe for her famous iced coffee and a smile!
